As reported recently, Clal Insurance is set to acquire 15% of the real estate company owned by the Nakash family and Israel Canada, led by Barak Rosen and Assi Touchmair. Following the transaction, the company’s value is expected to rise to NIS 1.72 billion. Formerly known as Manarev Projects, ICR was previously purchased by Israel Canada for NIS 574 million.
